This visit to the town of Candeleda will show us the rich heritage and beauty of this medieval town located in the south of the province of Ávila, in the Tiétar Valley.
Its particular location in the Ribera del Tiétar, on the edge of Gredos and sheltered from the depressions, in the deepest depression of Castilla y León, make Candeleda a magical place. Magic for its landscapes and groves, for its gorges, streams and springs, for the picachos and rocky peaks of the mountains and for their
traditions.
Dr. Rajbir Dhillon
"The practice of yoga goes beyond the four walls of a yoga studio, it is a practice that must enrich our lives in many ways, presenting us with numerous possibilities to elevate ourselves, to feel and act human.
Yoga sessions with Dr. Rajbir are an easy to follow class for all levels. It is built with subtle mobilization movements synchronized with breath awareness, followed by classical yoga poses with strict emphasis on basic mechanical understanding of postures. According to him, everything in practice should make sense, a sense that changes our human system at various levels. His classes are intertwined with Vedic and Yogic anecdotes, which gives the practice the true meaning of YOGA.

Dr. Raj is a physical therapist specializing in sports injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, and therapeutic yoga consultant.
He has graduated from one of India's leading medical institutes and his practice has been influenced by postgraduate studies in sport-specific therapy, postural restoration, clinical Pilates, yoga therapy, myofascial and developed techniques, exercises and education to facilitate the early rehabilitation of injuries, optimize performance and prevent injury. With special interest in biomechanical analysis of the human body, it attempts to identify any inefficient movement patterns and weaknesses that have resulted from repetitive strain or injury or postural dysfunction, and patients advise on exercises to restore them. He considers it imperative to practice yoga while designing a rehabilitation program. As a physiotherapist, he is committed to providing not only good 'hands' but also sound clinical advice and really helping patients understand the nature of their problems so that they can begin to return to normal as soon as possible. On the holistic healing front, he has been working intensely to incorporate wisdom Yarica and Vedic in the modern conventional health system to address human health problems at a much deeper and subtler level than just physical understanding.
He has a firm belief in the Eastern philosophy of great health, happiness and balance results from treating the whole person not just the physical symptoms. He is a skilled educator, presenter and clinician.

The essence of Ayurveda is to promote harmony in the body's systems, because health and well-being are a matter of balance. There are many factors that alter, positively or negatively, our particular equilibrium, such as the type of activities we do, the way we do them and the way we do them, places and environments, relationships with others or thoughts. But, without a doubt, something that affects even more directly is the nature of what we introduce into our body through food.
That is why the best medicine we can take is the one that comes out of the kitchen, in the form of the most appropriate diet to the type and needs of one, which may be different at any time.
Also, from this point of view, it is sought that the type of food helps the body and mind to perform their own processes, because the body has a high capacity for self-healing and sometimes the best thing we can do is to let it work and not hinder it.

In this way, food will help us by accompanying our experiences and specific activities in a way that allows us to optimize their positive results, accelerating and empowering, so that the contribution of what we eat also goes in the same direction as the personal state and consciousness we are looking for, and not the other way around.
In the ancient Vedic tradition (sánskrita) the activity of cooking is also carried out as a spiritual practice, with extreme cleanliness and rituality, because the state of consciousness when cooking is also impregnated in the food, affecting whoever takes those preparations. That is why we always try to cook from the highest and universal energy that exists, which is that of love. In the devotional line of Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of pure love), the divinity is cooked for, each one conceiving it in the aspect or facets with which he identifies most and in the modality of the tradition that resonates most with him. Thus, in this way, all those ingredients that are going to be cooked, added to the elaboration, the fire, the intention, and turned into an offering from the heart, will make it go from being a mere combination of material ingredients (and therefore having only temporary material consequences) to being a transcendental alchemy resulting from a spiritual act in consciousness of the elevated, so eating that food will not only be healthy for the body and mind, but also for the soul and our spiritual development. Such is the power of consciousness and love.
Feel invited to experience the food in a more conscious way and from one of the oldest scientific knowledge and and with thousands of years of effectiveness: Ayurveda, "The Science of Good Living".
